THE TRUE DEFINITION OF TWIN FLAMES
.The True Definition of Twin Flames. True Twin Flames are the Highest Spiritual Love Relationship possible between two people. True Twin Flame Relationships are steeped in Pure Love, Peace, Joy, Companionship, Support, Protection, Adoration, Adventure, Wonder, Awesomeness and Virtues. All wrapped up in an amazing feeling found in your True Twin Flames arms through the physical act of Sacred Sexual Love making that brings you both closer to Pure Source or God. This is a lasting feeling, more than an emotion, that is a constant feeling in a True Twin Flame Relationship. A lot of us have felt this in fleeting moments with our first twin flame and we wanted more of this. Of course, everyone that has ever felt this wants more. But it is this difference between having this as a “Constant” in a True Twin Flame Relationship and as a “Fleeting” moment with our first Twin Flame that is important for us to recognise. The “Fleeting” is the glimpse of the “Constant” that can be available to us, if we do our work. Now, as a lot of You already know there are New True Twin Flames being brought in for 2018 to replace some of the first twin flames that don’t want to be twin flames anymore. So, some of us had twin flames that didn’t want to be twin flames and some of us were just confusing our painful relationships with Twin Flame Relationships. The reason for the confusion is because we all want love so badly that when we think we have found it in any form we will make excuses and try and justify all kinds of inappropriate relationship behaviour to hold on to those precious moments of love that we felt with that one special person. However we need to recognize that there are so many kinds of relationships that cause us to grasp at straws to rationalize them, in part because we don’t want to lose, we don’t want to give up and we, in many cases have been emotionally manipulated, often times by someone that doesn’t even know they are doing anything wrong or don’t realize they are not being nice in their interactions with us? And we are allowing it and making excuses for it. Why do we do this? Because we want it to be how it was in the beginning, we think we can get back that wonderful feeling that we had between us, if we just do, be, say, think, try something different or better. Then in this doing, being, saying, thinking, trying we lower our vibration and that just pushes us farther away from them and that love vibe that we had with them. Pushing us into Heart Break or Heart Ache or just into compromising our boundaries. What we need to understand is love is a flow and just like the flow of the river we can encourage it to go forward, but we can not re-direct it to go back. Back to that moment or many moments in time that we were in the vibration of Love with this special person. Those moments are gone now and it’s time for you Twin Flame to move on. Let that anchor in time go, as it is an illusion. Reach for a Higher Vibration of LOVE. Be Love, Embody it, wrap that love vibe all around your body and ground it into the earth below your feet. Breath it in and make it yours. Your Self Love is your guide and your mirror in all your love relationships. Here are some of the kinds of relationships that we try and rationalize and mistakenly identify as twin flames. The more common ones are: ~they are just not that into you, ~they are emotionally unavailable, ~they are not ready for a commitment, ~they are narcissists, ~they are Players, etc. There is also the remote possibility that You Twin Flame have been given “The Love Bite”. If you felt a shudder or a chill when you read that phrase it could be a confirmation for you. But rest assured if doesn’t really matter if they are your twin flame or not. Why? Because your path, your purpose and your mission are the same anyways. In these more Awakened times a lot of people are resonating with the Twin Flame label, not because they had found their twin but because they are being called to be a Twin Flame. They are being shown there is a higher more Spiritual type of Love Relationship available for them, if they do their work. Now please know that just because you were able to talk to these twins or not twins, in the 5D and you had all these amazing experiences and amazing sex, that doesn’t mean that you were twin flames together. What it means is that because the vibration of the entire planet is rising, the vibration of all love relationships is rising. Now most of us will have these more spiritual relationships. But You are only Twin Flames if you can navigate the entire relationship in Love, Peace, Joy and Happiness. You are ready to be Twin Flames when you can accept your triggers and have gratitude to the person that showed them to you, then deal with them with compassion, love and understanding knowing that they are there to help you strengthen your relationship. If you are still in the space of reacting to triggers you are not yet ready to be with your twin flame and Pure Source will keep you in that space until you have got it figured out. Life and especially our Love Life is just a series of Lessons that we are free to learn at our own pace. But learn them we shall because they will just keep being presented to us repeatedly until we do learn them. When you have learned about 60 % of your lessons you will turn around and your twin flame will be there
NEW INFORMATION ABOUT TWIN FLAMES AND SOUL MATES
This is the new information about Twin Flames and Soul Mates that I found. Most of the current, popular Twin Flame information out there is a collection of Myths. After 4 years of steady research I had almost given up on finding out anything new about Twin Flames. But I kept getting nudges to dig deeper. Then I found this new information and that is when I realised that most of the current information is just a bunch of Myths about Twin Flames and Soul Mates. There are so many Myths out there. Everything from the Elitist Myth of there are only 144,000 Twin Flames in the whole world? To the let them treat you indifferently because they are waking up?? To the they are the perfect relationship from the beginning? To the Polyamorous Twin Flames? To the Twin Flames are not Romantic? To the Twin Flames are only a Business relationship? To the Twin Flames are not even relationships? And all the different Myths in between. But the one common thread that is being blindly tossed about and everyone takes as Gospel is that our Twin Flames are predetermined, because they are the other half of our Soul. That other half part is what keeps so many Twin Flames from not coming into Union and its not even TRUE! I too used to believe this with all my heart. But it is just another Myth of Twin Flames. These Myths are just more of The Dark Side trying to keep us apart. The Truth is that ANYONE can “become” your Twin Flame. Even a Soul Mate can “become” your Twin Flame. Now I know that this flies in the face of the common Twin Flame Knowledge out there. As I have done much research, written blogs and coached many Clients on this misconception that we have only one Twin Flame but many Soul Mates. I sincerely hope that you are open minded enough or curious enough to finish reading this even though you may be thinking this is WRONG. I hope that you will take the time to reflect on this and not just dismiss it. But the truth is there is no “Twin Flame Manual” that came down from Heaven or anywhere else with the Facts of Twin Flames laid out for us. It is just a bunch of rumours passed down through the ages and now tossed about on the Internet and Social Media, with many now “channelling” supposed Divinity? This Divinity has all the answers, but really, not much is happening for Twin Flames in general. Just more of the Dark Side leading us around in circles. The Demiurge in full force. So, is your “current” Twin Flame your True Twin Flame? Possibly, if they do the work or you can do it for them. When you both have your work done and you are both vibrating in the Twin Flame frequency then Yes you can have a Twin Flame Relationship and Union. Did you notice that I used the word “become” previously? Well that’s because almost anyone can “become” your Twin Flame if they are vibrating in the Twin Flame Vibration and you meet and are attracted to each other. This is HUGE NEWS and what it means for all of us is Fantastic!! Because so many of us were stuck in these relationships that are in low vibration, with what we thought was the only person on the planet that we could be Twin Flames with. Some of us even felt a type of Spiritual responsibility that we NEEDED to bring this relationship to Union for the good of the Planet. And because most of us felt such a strong bond and spiritual connection with them we were afraid to walk away from these relationships that were holding us. There are a few reasons that we are/were being held and one of them is because we sometimes have been brought together with this person as we have some lessons or Karma to work out with them. This is particularly true of the ones that have a hard time letting go of their “supposed” Twin Flame and years later are still thinking about them and some are still in pain. We absolutely must learn these lessons before we are ready for a True Twin Flame Relationship. But what we weren’t considering is that because the earth is ascending a lot of us now have these Spiritual Gifts and we can have relationships that feel truly different than any others we have previously had. That is because these relationships are 5D not 3D. I am not saying that you will have this type of 5D fantastic connection with everyone that you date, but yes you can have this with more than only one other person on earth. We had this fantastic relationship (the bubble phase) with someone before they ran away and thought that they were our only possibility in the world to have a Twin Flame Relationship. Does this mean that this person who you currently think is your Twin Flame is not your Twin Flame? No, it only means that if you are having problems getting to Union they are not your Twin Flame YET!! And that someone else that has done their work and is in the Twin Flame Vibration could possibly get to Twin Flame Union with you before them. If you do your Spiritual growth work the “current” Twin Flame can sometimes be accelerated into Ascension and you will meld together as Twin Flames in Union as they will start to be brought together with you and you will get closer. Your relationship will shift, and they will treat you differently. Due to the new Vibration
LOVE AND HAPPINESS IN THE ARMS OF YOUR TWIN FLAME
Love and Happiness In The Arms of Your Twin Flame!! I was going to call this How to be a good Twin Flame. Then as I was writing it I realized that if you are a good Twin Flame you will be Happy and in Love. We all want that!! In my Mission as a Spiritual Love Coach for Twin Flames and Soul Mates I see a lot of very unhappy Twin Flames trying to get their 3D relationship needs met. Some are even in heart break and heart ache all the time. Tears and crying are just part of their life along with sorrow and grief. They have become used to this low level of Emotion and Vibration and seem to want to wallow around thinking, talking, regressing and living in it. For some this goes on many years. They tell their sad love story over and over and even post it on Twin Flame Social Media groups for all the other Members to read. Posting that their Twin doesn’t want them, how it is over and they will NEVER be with their Twin Flame. (Never is a pretty long time!!) Diving deep into their sorrow and heartache and expressing it so that others will understand all the pain they are going through. Many others commiserate with them. Lots of the readers offer advice to their Post. Approximately 72% of the advice offered will lead the original poster down the path into more heart ache, 18% of the advice is of an unrealistic approach for a Twin Flame relationship as it is of a 3D nature and about 10% of the advice is good and will help them IF they follow it. I have also noticed that the 10% good advice Comments are usually the ones that get few Like’s or Reply’s. Recognise that every time you speak, think, feel or put your attention on the negative parts of your Twin Flame relationship or anything else you are telling the Universe “this is what I want more of, bring it on!”. When you post the negatives about your love life on Social Media and it is read by ten people you are magnifying into your life what you don’t want X ten … when 100 people read your negative crap, THAT’S RIGHT, you have just manifested 100 time more negative crap into your Twin Flame relationship. Let that sink in for a moment. This journey is not about getting your 3D relationship NEEDS met. It is not about what your Twin Flame is “doing” to you. It is about how you react to what they are “doing” to you. The Universe will keep your Twin Flame “doing” these things to you (called Triggers) until you recognise the lesson in that Trigger and react correctly with Unconditional Love and Compassion (these are called Virtues). Virtues are valuable tools to have in life, especially if you are a Twin Flame or want to be someone that others Love. It is not necessary to wait to be painfully triggered to earn a Virtue. Anyone can earn a Virtue any time that they have the learning of the lesson and have embodied the Emotional, Mental and Spiritual knowledge that Virtue holds. So it is not about what your twin flame is “doing to you” and how much pain you are in because of what they have “done to you”. Blaming them is not productive to what you want. Learning to grow up and stop blaming your Twin or anyone for what you have manifesting into your life, will help you to get what you are seeking in life. What all of us Twin Flames are seeking….. Love and Happiness In The Arms Of Your Twin Flame. Triggers are a warning sign for us and the pain of the trigger is not to be dwelt in. Triggers are presented to all of us because we have not learned our Virtues yet or cleared our Blocks. Triggers are what we want to FIX about ourselves so we can be in a loving 5D relationship that is not co-dependent. It is your Divine right to be with your Twin Flame when you are READY!! Only one of the Twins needs to be ready. Only one needs to be enlightened. Being ready means that you are in Unconditional Love for everyone! Especially yourself and your Twin Flame. When you are truly able to Love your Twin Flame Unconditionally you will not be blaming, shaming, or complaining about them ever again. As you will Love them faults and all. Famous Quote: I realized that You were Perfect and I loved YOU Then I realized that You were not Perfect and I loved YOU even more. Does that mean that you must like what they are doing? Of course not! But you are in Compassion for what they are going through in their life. You are so full of Unconditional Self Love that what they are “doing” can’t hurt you in any way. You only feel Love and Compassion for them. Thus, raising your Vibration very high and then by extension your Twin Flame’s Vibration. THE SLIPPERY SLOPE FOR TWIN FLAMES
Have you ever been pissed off at your Twin Flame? Steaming mad? Or perhaps you have fallen into heartache or apathy? You swear that you are Done with them? Convinced that they are Done with you? Now your mind starts going down what I call “The Slippery Slope” which is one of the Negative Twin Flame Paths. By writing this post my intention is to prevent as many Twin Flames as possible from sliding down “The Slippery Slope”. Always remember that as a Sovereign Being you have Free Will, so call upon it and Declare it frequently to the Universe. Remember too that “The Slippery Slope” is not the only path in Twin Flame Love. There are also many positive Twin Flame Paths for you to take. Don’t even start down this path. The first few steps are not to bad but the next part starts to get very steep and slippery but has a hand rail and well you want to prove something now… so you continue and next thing you know you are sliding down the slippery slope of Negativity in the Twin Flame Relationship and you can’t stop… but you see a sign post and you grab it and hang on. It clearly states ~Your supposed twin flame is out with friends and doesn’t have time for you! (and they don’t love you) You try to cling to it but soon you are swept away and once again you are sliding down, down but as you round the next corner there is another sign so you desperately grab on to it. It states ~Your supposed twin flame is out looking at other Women/Men! (and they don’t want you) You can’t get this out of your head, you try to figure it out but soon you grow tired and you let go only to come upon another sign in your journey saying ~Your supposed twin flame is back with their X! (and they never loved you) You groan, you cry out no, no, but a torrent of mud breaks your hold on that sign and you can’t even grab the next sign as you go flying past (but it’s message gets firmly implanted on your mind) ~Your supposed twin flame is forgetting all about you! (and they never wanted you) Up ahead there is another sign, you are sliding very fast now but you reach out and grab it. The post is very flimsy but you cling to it desperately and read the sign ~Your supposed twin flame wants it to be over! (and there is no such thing as twin flames) Your hand clenches the post so hard at this statement that the post breaks and the sign hits you on the head grinding all this negativity into your brain and knocking you unconscious. You may lay there for many hours, some lay there for days, weeks, months and some have lived here for many years. When you wake up there is another sign NO TWIN FLAME UNIONS ALLOWED HERE But wait, lets back up, you missed the small sign at the top of the path, it’s the one that you would have seen if you had been standing in Your Power, if you had stopped to declare your Free Will and tell the Universe and all beings in it that you are a Sovereign Twin Flame Being. WARNING THIS IS A NEGATIVE PATH FOR TWIN FLAME DESTRUCTION. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE SIGNS ON “THE SLIPPERY SLOPE”. YOU WILL BE SUCKED IN. YOU WILL START TO SLIDE.YOU WILL SLIDE ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM WHERE YOU WILL CRASH AND BURN AND YOU COULD POSSIBLY BREAK YOUR OWN HEART. ALL YOUR FEARS AND FAULTS WILL BE THROWN IN YOUR FACE RIGHT AFTER YOU CRASH AND BURN. YOU MAY END UP IN HEART ACHE AND HEARTBREAK AND YOU WILL NOT FIND YOUR TWIN FLAME THERE There are also many other small signs along the slippery slope that say Twin Flame Union and have an arrow pointing up and a ladder to the top. But most twins on the way down don’t pause to look at them. They are too caught up in the Negativity of it all and too much up in their Brains. The Twin Flame Union Signs are best seen through the Heart. When we live in our minds or our brains and we are not connected to our Heart Space; especially in regards to matters of Love; we can be getting constantly dragged to the TOP of the Slippery Slope Path of Negativity. There is another sign at the top of the path and if you find yourself at the top of “The Slippery Slope” again please read it carefully and follow the instructions. Make sure that you are in your body. It is the home for your soul. Connect to Source Energy through the Crown of your head. Ground to the Mother Earth through the soles of your feet. Love yourself Unconditionally by being in your Heart Space and allowing your Heart to fill up with all the Love of the Universe through the Crown of your head. Have Gratitude for the Love and send the Love to your Twin Flame. Have Gratitude for your Twin Flame and all the lessons that they have shown you. Work on those lessons and on making changes in yourself and your belief system. Raise Your Vibrations For More Twin Flame Love.
To All Twin Flames Worldwide. As I write this it’s 2 days before Christmas 2016. A year that some say has been hard for all of us that are Awakening here on Earth. Some say it was a difficult year for Twin Flames, and they will give You examples of these “difficulties” that besieged them in their Twin Flame Journey. Many Twin Flame Coaches and writers are coming out now and saying what a “good” year 2017 is going to be with many Twin Flames set to meet and come into Union. With a little more than a week left of this year I would like to ask all Twin Flames to help make 2016 much more amazing than it has been. For those that follow my Blogs and Posts you know that I am big on List Writing. The reason why is because when used in a positive way it is a Huge Tool that can help Twin Flames on their Spiritual Path. For those of you that don’t have a Spiritual Path yet, know that it is the best and fastest way to progress on your Twin Flame Journey. Actively pursuing your very own Spiritual Path is what will get your Twin Flame spending more time with you in the 3D. Not a new dress, or haircut or getting your nails done, or great sex (twin flame sex is always great anyways), not making them a delicious dinner or buying them a wonderful present or any of the many other things that popular magazines and advertising brainwash you about. The way to get your Twin Flame is to evolve higher on your Spiritual Path. Why does this work? It works because of Vibration. Our Twin Flames are more attracted to us when our Vibration is high, when we are at a higher Vibration it in turn raises their Vibration, through the energy field that they share with us. Vibrations have different names and frequencies. Each one of us is responsible for our own Vibration and we can “choose” to be in what ever vibration we want. If you want your Twin Flame to be in Love with You then YOU are going to have to raise your vibration to Love. If you are going around dwelling in the lower Vibrations like fear, grief, depression, insecurity, guilt, unworthiness, jealousy, worry, revenge, blame, disappointment, pessimism, boredom, despair, heartache, etc. you will not be attractive to your Twin Flame or attracting them Magnetically to YOU. They can get those lower vibrations from almost any other man or women on the planet, at the bar, the mall, watching TV, a restaurant, at work, etc. wherever others congregate and commiserate with each other. However if you raise your Vibrations up to Contentment, Hopefulness, Optimism, Positive Expectations, Enthusiasm, Passion, Appreciation, Love, Peace, Happiness and Joy. You will then be able to attract them to you simply because you will be in a place and space that is so very attractive to them. In the beginning they may not be able to stay with you in that high Vibration for long periods of time but know that they love it and they will be back. Introducing “Pusher” Another Player In The Twin Flame “Runner” Dynamic Sometimes in the beginning of the Twin Flame Journey we have the Twin Flame “Runner.” It’s a stage that involves one of the Twins “running” away from the relationship. I have even had a woman tell me that her Twin jumped up and ran out of her house and I believed her because I had almost the same thing happen to me once. Some of these go on to become a “Runner” and “Chaser” Dynamic. For more on the Twin Flame “Runner CLICK THE LINK to see my Blog TWIN FLAME “RUNNER” 11 WAYS TO HELP THIS PAINFUL STAGE But I have noticed that there is another player in this Twin Flame “Runner” Dynamic that isn’t talked about and doesn’t have a label yet so today I am going to give them a name. Let’s call them “the Twin Flame “Pusher”. What or Who is this? You might be asking. Now this may resonate with some of you that think every time you are not in contact with your Twin Flame they are a “Runner”. The Twin Flame “Pusher” is someone that consciously or unconsciously or even semi consciously is pushing their Twin Flame away. And how they do that is by not recognizing that the Twin Flame Relationship is a 5D relationship and that it is not supposed to be played out the same as a 3D relationship. That doesn’t mean that there aren’t some Twin Flames having successful 3D type relationships in the beginning. That does happen for some Twin Flames. What it means is that first and foremost Twin Flames are a Spiritual relationship that is meant to propel you onto your Spiritual path and up the Spiritual Ladder by giving you motivation (such as taking your twin flame away from you). That’s right IF You are not making progress the Universe may step in and separate You from Your Twin Flame. So how do I know this that there is such a thing as a Twin Flame “Pusher”? Because Spirit pointed it out to me when I was guilty of this myself in the beginning of my Twin Flame relationship. Then he made me explore all the ways that I was pushing my Twin Flame away from me. Today he told me to write my Blog about the Twin Flame “Pusher” Let me assure You that most of the time we don’t even know we are being a “Pusher”. QUESTION: So how are we pushing them away? And what are we pushing them away with? ANSWER: Expectations of a 3D relationship. QUESTION: Why are we doing that? ANSWER: Because we have been conditioned to do that since we were little girls. What were our stories, games, movies and fairy tales about? Being rescued by a Man and living Happily Ever After. QUESTION: Why doesn’t it work? ANSWER: Because we are not meant to have a 3D Relationship with them anymore. In fact that Fairy tale about being rescued by a Man and living Happily Ever After is no longer valid in 2016 and beyond. Woman of the World are now being called to step up into their Goddess Energy. This is what excepting the 5D relationship is about, knowing that You are a Goddess. SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY TWIN FLAME? Should I wait for My Twin Flame? This is a question that a lot of Twin Flames have been asking lately. This question may apply to you .… IF YOU HAVE – already met your Twin Flame but haven’t achieved Union yet. – have met a False Twin and feel that the real Twin is on the way. – have heard about Twin Flames and are hoping to find your Twin Flame. – have known your whole life that you were searching for a deeper kind of Love. So the question on your mind in your moments of frustration most probably is “Should I wait for My Twin Flame?” ANSWER: The Twin Flame Journey is not supposed to be a waiting game. It is a Path for both Twin Flames of Spiritual Growth that requires taking Action. If any of the following thoughts are popping into your mind as you read the above please note that they are NOT an excuse to wallow in Heart Break or sit around in lower vibrations. Try placing your intention and attention in your Heart Space approximately 2 inches above your sternum in the middle of your chest. Literally drop your thoughts from your head (mind) to your Heart Space and then you will be intuiting from your Heart. How Do I Get My Twin Flame To Marry Me? is the title of this Blog but the real message here is…. “Get Out of Your Own Way” Because instead of planning, plotting, scheming, cajoling, threatening, trying to manifest, manipulating, wishing, hoping, or using other 3D tactics … Sometimes it’s just nice to Relax and ENJOY the Journey. The Twin Flame Journey is not a race and it’s not about You having or owning Your Twin Flame in any way. Such as he/she is MINE! or is MY boyfriend/girlfriend! Or MY husband/wife! You don’t have to put a label on it, except to say “We are Twin Flames” and accept that it is going to be different from any previous relationship you or anyone you know has ever had. Your Twin Flame as the other half of you is what your Journey is 100% about But at the same time it’s also 100% about You. This is not conflicting Math its simply that they are You and You are them. ENHANCE YOUR YIN AND YANG FOR MORE TWIN FLAME LOVE I was recently guided by Spirit during a Private Love Coaching Session; with an artistic Soul Mate couple; to suggest they paint a picture together as a form of Couples Therapy. Actually Spirit wanted them to paint 2 pictures together. One for their mountain cabin and one for their city apartment. Spirit also said the paintings must hang on the bedroom wall and must be of the Yin and Yang symbol. Spirit showed me that the pictures would be a constant visual “reminder” to strive for the Masculine Feminine balance that is so essential for the new 5D type of Love Relationships that Earth is evolving into. Painting is a Spiritual pursuit and helps to raise our Vibration. If you feel drawn to it consider painting your own Yin and Yang symbol. Or you might just want to paint your nails. You could take a walk on the beach and draw one in the sand. Or make the symbol as a flower bed or part of your landscaping. Use your Crystals and make a Yin and Yang grid for Twin Flame Love. UNBELIEVABLE TWIN FLAME BREAK UPS
Unbelievable Twin Flame break ups sometimes occur because the empathic, over giving, ill advised Twin Flame Goddess is not familiar with how her part of the relationship is to be played out. She is still playing by some of the Old Outdated RULES and EXPECTATIONS from days gone by. – of co-dependency – of feminism, which is not to be mistaken for being a Goddess – some weird idea that a Man should respect her when she doesn’t even respect herself (and she doesn’t respect the Man either) – and a whole bunch of other rules that we all grew up with and learned from our parents, grandparents, movies, etc. These are not serving her new role for 2016 and beyond of “The Twin Flame Goddess”. She typically doesn’t really know “How” to love and doesn’t love herself so has very little if any insight in truly loving another. Her heart is telling her that she wants a Deep Loving Relationship with a wonderful Man but her desperate actions of wanting to jump into relationships and “do” things for a Man and have him “do” things for her is so 3D that the Twin Flame Man might run screaming for his freedom. This is usually how Unbelievable Twin Flame Break Ups happen. Now it isn’t always the Woman does this and the Man does that but more commonly it is seen this way. Usually her previous Karmic and Soul Mate relationships have left her ill prepared to be in a loving, harmonious, relationship that is based on Friendship, Unconditional Love, Freedom, Peace, Balance and Equality between Men and Women. Instead she has developed the traits of suspicion, jealousy, criticizing, self centeredness and at the same time over giving; to the point of exhaustion and frustration; by waiting on the Twin Flame Man and doing domestic “chores” for him such as his laundry and cleaning his house, etc. all with expectations of what he should do in return that have not been communicated to him. This is usually when Unbelievable Twin Flame Break Ups occur and it usually happens because she gives him an ultimatum or has an emotional outburst. Most men have a hard time handling either of these situations because Men want us Women to be HAPPY. If a Man feels that he hasn’t made us happy he feels the need to leave, to regroup. Hence the “runner”. This does not mean the relationship is over as Twin Flames are never over. Some relationships have lots Twin Flame Break Ups. Her lack of Self Love has left her with few female friends and not much of a support network around her. As much as Twin Flame Relationships are a “new” type of 5D relationship the majority of us are still spending the biggest part of our days in the 3D world. Resist the urge to ask where the relationship is going, or ask for a commitment, or criticize the relationship or your Twin in any way. Refrain from asking where they have been and what they are doing. Never spy on them or check their phone or read their messages those types of behaviour will lower your Vibrations very quickly. –Be in the space of Peace about everything to do with your Twin and the relationship. If something is upsetting, seek inside for the change that you want to make. Change the part of you that you feel needs to be “fixed “in them. -Work on becoming more balanced in your male female energy, your Yin and Yang, the Alpha and Omega.
